Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, opening, or using AI CleanKit (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App and remove it from your device.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and any additional notices shown in the App or on the App Store product page.

2. App Purpose and Limited License

• AI CleanKit helps users review device storage, organize media, identify potential cleanup items, and manage routine device maintenance tasks.
• Features may include storage review, duplicate or similar media grouping, large video and file review, cleanup reminders, and related utility tools.
• We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App on compatible Apple devices for lawful personal use.
• You may not copy, resell, sublicense, distribute, interfere with, reverse engineer, decompile, attack, overload, or misuse the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Smart Cleanup and Permission-Based Features

Some App functions depend on permissions you control through device settings. Depending on the App version and your choices, the App may request access to photos, videos, files, notifications, tracking permission, advertising identifiers, diagnostics, and related device functions.

• Photo, video, and file permissions may be used to locate duplicates, similar items, large media, screenshots, outdated files, or other content suitable for review.
• Notification permission may be used for cleanup reminders, feature notices, subscription messages, security-related alerts, or service updates.
• Tracking permission, where requested under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, may support advertising measurement and ad personalization.
• Detection results, cleanup categories, storage estimates, and AI-assisted suggestions are informational tools and may not identify every item accurately.

You are responsible for reviewing all selected items before confirming deletion, compression, cleanup, or any other action that may change your device content.

Deleted files or modified media may not always be recoverable. Back up important photos, videos, documents, and other content before using batch cleanup functions.

4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments

• The App may offer free features and paid access options, including weekly, monthly, yearly, lifetime, trial, or promotional plans shown in the App or App Store.
• Payments are processed through your Apple ID account after you confirm a purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, it may convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled in time under Apple rules.
• You can manage subscriptions, cancel renewal, and review billing status in your Apple account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own policies.

5. Advertising, Analytics, and Third-Party Services

AI CleanKit may display advertisements and may use third-party services for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, subscription validation, fraud prevention, and App performance measurement.

• Advertising partners may process advertising identifiers or similar data when permitted by your settings and platform rules.
• Analytics and crash tools, including Firebase services where used, may help us understand usage patterns and resolve technical issues.
• Third-party providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or compatible with every device, data condition, network environment, or user scenario.

• We do not guarantee a specific amount of storage recovery, performance improvement, risk reduction, or cleanup result.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by user-confirmed deletion, incorrect selection, device failure, operating system restrictions, third-party services, network issues, or use on modified devices.
• AI-assisted labels, storage estimates, and cleanup recommendations are not professional backup, forensic, security, or data recovery advice.

7. Privacy

Your use of AI CleanKit is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how information, permission-based data, diagnostics, advertising data, and subscription status may be handled.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including software, source code, interface design, product names, icons, text, graphics, algorithms, and related technology, is owned by HONGKONG VERTEX TECHNOLOGY LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation.
• If negotiation does not resolve the dispute, it may be submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will become effective when posted in the App, on this page, or through another reasonable notice method. Continued use of AI CleanKit after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
